DISCLAIMER: By their very nature, competition components are constantly pushed to their limits. While our components are designed to withstand intense racing conditions, it is impossible to control the varying condition in which they are used. It is for this reason that the seller nor the manufacturer will be liable for any loss or damage or injury direct or indirect arising from the use of or inability to determine the use of any product. Before using, the user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and the user shall assume all responsibility in connection there with. Malave Racing Components Inc. makes no guarantee as to the legality for any specific class. Malave Racing Components Inc. makes no claims nor does it intend its products to be used in any street driven vehicles.
Warning: Products manufactured by Malave Racing Components Inc. are designed for competition purposes only. Accordingly, use of said products or modification to or construction of a vehicle for the purposes may create dangerous conditions that could cause bodily injury and the buyer hereby expressly assumes all risks associated with any such modifications.
Limited Lifetime Repair Warranty: This warranty does not cover any products Malave Racing Components Inc. does not manufacture. Only products manufactured by Malave Racing Components Inc. come with a lifetime repair warranty. This warranty applies to the repair or replacement of products found to be defective in material or workmanship. Any products found to be damaged, abused and modified will void this warranty. Malave Racing Components Inc. has the final say on all warranties.

Specifications: Non critical specifications, finishes and materials are subject to change without notice.
Prices: Subject to change without notice.
Claims: All merchandise is counted and cleared by quality control prior to shipment. Claims for damage or shortage and loss in transit must be made within five (5) days of receipt to both the freight carrier and Malave Racing Components Inc.
Returns: If you receive a part and later decide you do not want it, Malave Racing Components Inc. will only except return’s subject to the following conditions: the product (s) must be new, unused, uninstalled, and complete with all parts, including the shipping package. Returned products must be current production items. Earlier versions of a particular model product cannot be returned. There is a 15% handling charge on all returned products and must be returned prior to 90 days from date of purchase. You will given a RA ( return authorization ) number, which you must write on the out side of the shipping box. A copy of the original sales invoices must be included in the box with the returned product. Shipping charges on returned items must be prepaid and are not refundable.
Refusals: Refusals will be charged a $20.00 handling charge.
Shortages and Overages: Shipping errors must be reported to Malave Racing Components Inc. within 48 hours of the receipt of merchandise and returned within the next five working days.
Special Orders: Any item not listed on this Web site will be considered as a special order item . All special order items must be paid in full including freight and handling charges. Absolutely on returns will be accepted on special order items.
Back Orders: If any parts are back ordered, they will be noted on the invoice/packing slip. Unless otherwise noted, we will ship the back ordered parts as soon as they are available.
Foreign Orders: All foreign orders must be fully prepaid . Customers are responsible for freight.
Drop Shipment: We do not make drop shipments.
Delivery: All merchandise will be shipped via best way. Truck shipments require full prepayment and are sent freight collect. Damaged claims must be made with the freight carrier.
